Cadzow Heavy Haulage Ltd was first established back in 1957 by James Macauley Snr, who set out with a 2 tonne Morris truck with a dream that he could build a family business in public works. This included earthmoving, demolition and the supply of construction materials.
Heavy haulage services
In the 1970s after the death of James Macauley Snr, Jim Jnr had the great task to turn the company into what it is today, moving away from the civil engineering and public works sector and made a decision to move into the heavy haulage industry.
Though it was not an easy task, he worked long and hard and can now say that he has built up the reputation of Cadzow Heavy Haulage Ltd as one of the most experienced heavy haulage companies in the UK.

We are proud to say that much of our business comes from both repeat custom and recommendations, such is the quality of the service that we guarantee. We are based in Blantyre in central Scotland and offer our services for commercial businesses across the UK and Ireland.
Transportation
We operate a reliable fleet of modern tractor units from Mercedes, Daf, Volvo, Scania and various others and some of the most up to date trailers from Nooteboom, Faymonville, Broshuis and Scheuerle are being used to transport heavy equipment on a daily basis across Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
